Q1: How can I check my order status?

A: If you provided your email address during checkout, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. Q2: When is the shipping time?

A: In-stock orders were received by 00:00 UTC Monday-Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders will usually ship the next business day if received after 00:00 .UTC on Saturday or Sunday, or on public holidays.

Items in your order may ship at different times, depending on availability. Usually, orders will be delivered within 3~7 business days.

Magic ZC will make every effort to process orders within the stated time frame. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Magic ZC is not liable for shipping delays caused by severe weather or unforeseen events.

To ensure the security of purchases, Magic ZC may need to contact customers to validate orders, which may cause delays. Transit time may vary depending on proximity to the distribution center and inventory availability.

Shipping information can be changed before the order is shipped out by contacting us immediately.


Q3: How is the shipping method?

A: Our express delivery incolud : DHL,GLS,DPD and Post.

Most purchases shipped from our warehouses will arrive within 3-7 business days. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email.

Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.
