We offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when received, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
To begin a return, please contact us atsupport@magiczc.com . Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label,return address and instructions for sending the item back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
1. Quality Issues (Reported Within 14 Days):
Customers must provide photo or video evidence within 14 days of receiving the product. Evidence should include:
- The logistics waybill on the package (with waybill number and shipping address).
- Clear proof of the quality issue.
Based on the provided evidence, we offer two resolutions:
(1) If the issue can be resolved with parts, we will provide them free of charge along with a partial refund ($30-$60). No return is required.
(2) For severe quality issues that cannot be resolved, a partial or full refund will be offered. The specific refund amount will be discussed with the customer, and a return will not be required.
2. Quality Issues After 14 Days or Due to Improper Use:
Free accessories may be provided, but the customer must cover shipping costs.
3. Non-Quality Issues or Lack of Proof After 14 Days:
Refunds will not be issued.
If the customer wishes to return the item, a return label fee will be charged ($25 for U.S. returns).
Free Returns Within 14 Days
Returns initiated within 14 days are eligible for a full refund. A return label will be provided, and the refund will be processed once the item is received at our warehouse.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Processing
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will be notified of approval or rejection. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
