Refund Policy


We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
1. Quality issue: The customer needs to provide pictures or videos within 14 days of receiving the goods, and the pictures or videos need to be displayed: the logistics waybill on the product package (the waybill number and shipping address must be included on the waybill); Can clearly display product quality issues.

After providing the above information, we have two options:


(1) If the quality issue can be solved with accessories, we can provide them for free and offer a partial refund, with a refund amount of approximately £30-£60, or as a gift; Sending accessories can solve the problem, and returns are not accepted.


(2) If the quality issue is very serious and cannot be solved through accessories, the product can be refunded at half price or even in full. The specific refund amount needs to be discussed with the customer and there is no need to return the product.

2. For quality issues raised over 14 days or caused by improper human operation, we can provide free accessories to solve them, but the buyer needs to bear the shipping cost


After receiving the package over 14 days non-quality issues or inability to prove quality issues:

(1) No refund
(2) If the customer wants to return the item, a return label fee will be charged. (European return label fee: €20; UK return label fee: £40)

We send a return label to the customer, and the customer can get a full refund after sending the packages back to our warehouse.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
